HR
Set Any Maximum Allowable Working Hours on Work Permits
Subscription: HR Add-On (Canada Only)
Work permit rules can differ from province to province, so we’ve removed the limit on the Maximum Allowable Working Hours field. You can now enter whatever amount applies to your employee.
Previously, this field was capped at 60 hours. With the cap removed, you can set the exact amount that matches the employee’s permit and your province’s rules. This applies in the Work Permit section of the employee profile and during digital onboarding, so you have the same flexibility whether you’re updating an existing employee or onboarding a new one.

Payroll
Inactive Employees Now Visible on Earnings/Deductions
Subscription: Payroll Add-On
Cleaning up entries for former employees is now simpler. Inactive employees now appear in the Employee Search dropdown filter on the Earnings/Deductions page, so you can remove or correct entries and process final off-runs.
Inactive employees are listed below active ones and marked “(Inactive),” making them easy to tell apart. Previously, inactive employees were removed from this page entirely, which often led to reactivations or confusion about where their entries went.

Separate Legal/Mailing Address for Tax Filings and Government Correspondence
Subscription: Payroll Add-On
If your company’s legal mailing address differs from your physical work location, your filings and government notices can now reach the right place. Push can store a separate Legal/Mailing Address for your company, used for tax filings, remittances, and government correspondence.
Your physical work location continues to drive payroll tax calculations, so you no longer have to choose between accurate tax calculations and correct mailing details. Filings and notices will align with what’s registered with government entities.
Need to add or update your legal/mailing address? Contact our Support Team, and we’ll take care of it.
Logbook
Profit Center Summary Added to the Daily Logbook Summary Alarm
Subscription: Signature or Supreme
Get a clearer picture of how each Profit Center performed. The Daily Logbook Summary Alarm now includes a Profit Center Summary table showing Actual, Forecast, and Variance for Sales, SPLH, and Labour % for both the summary date and week-to-date.
Previously, the alarm only reported whole-location day totals and month-to-date sales. With the new table, you can see how individual Profit Centers are tracking against their forecasts without leaving your inbox.
To learn more about our Logbook feature, check out our dedicated section in our Help Centre.
Scheduler
New Two-Column Print Layout for the Daily Crib Sheet
Subscription: Signature or Supreme
Printed Crib Sheets are now easier to read, regardless of how busy the day is. The Crib Sheet includes a new option to organize shifts in a Horizontal or Two-Column layout.
Previously, depending on the schedule or number of shifts, information on the Crib Sheet could get cut off or disorganized. With a choice of layouts, you can pick the one that best fits your schedule.
💡 | Tip: If your daily schedule includes a lot of shifts, try both layouts to see which one keeps everything clear on the page.

BI Insights
More Control Over Which Super Administrators Can Access BI Insights
Subscription: Supreme with the BI Insights Add-On
You can now request that BI Insights access be set separately for each Super Administrator, without affecting access to the Enterprise Dashboard. Our Support Team can assign each Super Administrator one of three access levels:
- BI Creator: Can create and view visualizations and dashboards in BI Insights, and view all other parts of the Enterprise Dashboard.
- BI Viewer: Can view BI Insights dashboards but can’t create them, and can view all other parts of the Enterprise Dashboard.
- Standard: Can’t access BI Insights, but can still view all other parts of the Enterprise Dashboard.
This gives head offices and multi-location organizations more control over who can make edits and who can only view, while reducing the chance of someone seeing information they don’t need.
📌 | Note: BI access levels apply to Super Administrators with Enterprise Dashboard access only, not Team Administrators. These permissions can currently be updated by our Support Team on your behalf.
Want to update who has access? Contact our Support Team with the Super Administrators and the access level you’d like for each, and we’ll take care of it.

Leave Management
Add a Note When Rejecting Time Off Requests
Subscriptions: Supreme or Signature with the Leave Management Add-On (Both require the Payroll Add-On).
Employees can now find out why a time-off request was rejected. When rejecting a Leave Management request, administrators can add an optional note explaining the decision.
The note is included in the employee’s rejection email and push notification. It’s also visible in the Vacation Request Detail report under a new Manager's Note column, so you have a record of the reason alongside the request. Previously, employees weren’t told why a request was rejected and often had to follow up to find out.

Fraud Reviews: Notifications and Badge Count Added
Subscription: All Plans
Stay on top of new Fraud Reviews cases without having to check the page. Building on the Fraud Reviews page introduced in our September What’s New, Super Administrators can now set up an Alarm to be notified by email whenever a case is created or resolved, based on severity.
The Fraud Reviews tab also now displays a badge with a live count of cases pending review, so you can see at a glance whether anything needs your attention. Previously, catching new cases meant opening the page and checking manually.
📌 | Note: Fraud Reviews and their notifications are only available to Super Administrators.

Reorder Employee Attributes
Subscription: All Plans
You can now arrange your employee attributes in the order that works best for your team. Simply drag and drop an attribute into its new position.
Previously, changing the order of your attributes meant deleting and recreating them. Now you can reorder them in place, and the new order is reflected everywhere attributes appear, including employee profiles and digital onboarding.
💡 | Tip: Place the attributes your team references most often near the top so they’re easy to find on each employee profile.

Employee Notes Timestamps Now Include the Year
Subscription: All Plans
Knowing exactly when something was documented is now more precise! Comments made on the Employee Notes page now include the year in their timestamp, for example, “Sun Jun 21, 2026, 3:47 PM.”
Previously, timestamps only showed the day of the week, month, day, and time. Adding the year makes it easier to pinpoint when a note was created, particularly when you’re looking back at older notes.
