Applicant Tracking

Bulk Message Candidates

Subscription: HR Add-On

Connecting with candidates just became more efficient! Recruiters can now send messages to multiple candidates at once directly from the Candidate Dashboard.

Instead of contacting candidates individually, you can select multiple applicants and send a single message to the group, making it faster to communicate updates about job postings, interview scheduling, requesting employee referrals, and more.

For an even faster workflow, consider using Message Templates, which can automatically pull in details such as the candidate’s name, role, and other profile information when sending messages.

📌 Note: Files and attachments are not supported when sending bulk messages. If you need to include attachments, please send the message individually to the candidate instead.

New Time in Status Column in the Candidate Dashboard

Subscription: HR Add-On

Based on feedback, we’ve added a Time in Status column to the Candidate Dashboard, giving you better visibility into when a candidate’s status was last updated.

This column shows how long a candidate has remained in their current stage (e.g., 1 second ago, 1 day ago, 3 weeks ago, or several months ago), making it easier to quickly identify new applicants to review or candidates who may require follow-up.

This enhancement helps hiring teams stay organized, manage multiple roles more efficiently, and ensure candidates continue moving through the hiring pipeline.

📌 | Note: The Time in Status column replaces the previous Phone Number column in the Candidate Dashboard. Phone number details are still available within each candidate’s profile if needed.

Filter the Candidate Dashboard by Time in Status

Subscription: HR Add-On

Finding candidates that need attention just got easier. The Candidate Dashboard now includes filtering options for Time in Status, helping hiring teams quickly identify applications that may require review or follow-up.

Using the Time in Status filter, you can enter a number of days and choose “Or More” or “Or Less” to narrow down results. For example, filter for candidates who have been in the same status for 15 days or more to identify applications that may require follow-up, or 5 days or less to focus on newer applicants.

This makes it easier to prioritize candidates and manage multiple roles at once by highlighting where action may be needed in your hiring pipeline.

💡 | Tip: You can customize the different candidate statuses used in your hiring pipeline to better reflect your recruitment process.
