Generate Form Fields with Push AI
Subscription: HR Add-On
Building field inputs in a digital Form just got a lot faster! You can now use Push AI to scan and detect fillable areas, such as text inputs, signature lines, checkboxes, date fields, and address blocks, and place them as draft overlays directly on the form for you to review.
Detected fields appear in blue on the PDF, with a matching list in the sidebar grouped by page. You stay in full control: edit any field's label or type, remove fields you don't need, and commit your changes only when you're ready. Select Save All to add every remaining field to the form, or Discard All to clear the overlays and start over.
💡 | Tip: AI-generated Form Fields are designed to give you a fast starting point. Review the detected fields to ensure they align with your form's structure and any organization-specific requirements before saving.

Payroll
Set a Maximum Amount on Recurring Deductions
Subscription: Payroll Add-On
Managing recurring deductions just got more flexible! A new option lets you set a maximum amount, capping the total collected and automatically stopping the deduction once that amount is reached. This is a great option for garnishments, loan repayments, and other deductions with a set payoff amount.
Once created, each entry shows the Max Amount, Remaining Balance, and a Reference #, so you can easily see how much was set, what's been collected, and keep multiple deductions separate.
💡 | Tip: You can increase the remaining balance on an active deduction if needed, but you can't set it below the original amount. If a lower maximum is needed, a new deduction should be created instead.
📌 | Note: If the per-pay-period Amount won't reach the Lifetime Maximum by the deduction's End Date, the platform will automatically adjust the amounts collected to ensure the full total is met in time.
⚠️ | Warning: If an employee is terminated with a balance still outstanding, recovering that balance remains your responsibility outside the platform.

Logbook
Logbook Now Links Back to the Employees Page
Subscription: Signature or Supreme
Getting back to your account from the Logbook feature is now more intuitive! The Logbook opens as a standalone page, separate from the rest of the platform, so there was previously no way to navigate back in without leaving each time.
With this update, clicking the PUSH logo in the top-left of the Logbook now takes you directly to the Employees page, giving you a clear path back into your account.

Applicant Tracking
Generate Job Descriptions with Push AI is Now Available
Subscription: HR Add-On
As mentioned in our June What's New, Push AI can generate a job posting's description for you, giving hiring teams a structured starting point instead of writing from scratch. This feature was rolled out gradually starting in June, and we're confirming it's now fully available to eligible accounts.

Account Management
New Fraud Reviews Page to track Shared Bank Accounts
Subscription: All Plans
You can now catch potential payroll fraud signals before they become bigger problems. A new Fraud Reviews page automatically flags cases where the same bank account appears across multiple employee profiles.
Each flagged case shows the impacted employees, with direct links to their profiles, so you can quickly review the details and add notes to document your findings. Once you submit a decision, our Compliance team reviews the case separately on their end, and it's marked Cleared or Confirmed Fraud once both sides have weighed in.
For situations that recur and aren't a concern, such as domestic partners sharing an account, you can turn on Auto-Approve for that group. PUSH will keep a record of each occurrence, but won't flag it again going forward.
📌 | Note: Fraud Reviews gives you visibility only and is only accessible to Super Administrators. Marking a case does not change any account information or stop a payment from being sent. If action is needed, like updating an employee's bank details, please follow the standard process.
