Payroll
Filter the Employee Information Report by Home Payroll Location
Subscription: Payroll Add-On (Requires Multi-Payroll Cycles)
The Employee Information Report now includes a Home Payroll Location filter, making it easier to review where employees are assigned for payroll processing across organizations using multiple payroll cycles.
💡 | Tip: Consider running this report before processing payroll to confirm employees, especially new hires, have been assigned to the correct Home Payroll Location. This helps ensure employees are included in the appropriate payroll cycle for processing.

Assign Custom Hours Structures by Location
Subscription: Payroll Add-On (Canada only and requires Multi-Payroll Cycles)
Canadian businesses using the Multi-Payroll Cycle feature can now link a Custom Hours Structure to a specific Layered-Location, providing more flexibility when different locations need to follow different overtime rules.
Previously, Custom Hours Structures could be assigned to individual employee Positions, while the company-wide Hours Structure applied by default to everyone else. With this update, a Location can now have its own Custom Hours Structure, making it easier to apply the same overtime rules to employees assigned to that Location without updating each Position individually.
📌 | Note: Assigning a Custom Hours Structure to a Location is not self-serve and cannot be completed by administrators. Once you’ve created the Custom Hours Structure you’d like to use, contact our PUSH Support Team to have it assigned to the appropriate Location.

Employee Numbers Added to the Uncollected Deduction Report
Subscription: Payroll Add-On
The Uncollected Deduction Report (and the exported files) now includes an Employee Number column, giving you an additional way to identify employees when reviewing outstanding deductions.
This report is available for payruns where an employee has a deduction that could not be collected because they had no earnings during the pay period. Administrators will see it appear in the list of reports under the Payroll History tab when applicable, helping identify pay periods with outstanding deductions.

Scheduler
Refreshed Scheduler Settings Page
Subscription: All Plans
We’ve refreshed the Scheduler Settings page with our latest design standards, providing a cleaner and more consistent experience when managing your scheduling preferences.
While the page has a new look, existing functionality remains the same. The updated design provides a more modern experience without changing how your existing Scheduler Settings or workflows work.
New York Fair Workweek Support for Fast Food Employers
Subscription: All Plans (New York Fast Food Employers only)
We’ve expanded our New York Fair Workweek support to help fast-food employers identify potential schedule-change premiums directly in the Scheduler.
When a published shift is added, edited, or deleted, the applicable schedule-change premium will be projected in the Labour Cost panel before the change is saved. Once the schedule changes are published, a notifier record is created to help teams track the applicable Fair Workweek event.
This gives managers greater visibility into the potential cost of schedule changes before publishing and helps maintain a record of changes afterward.
Time Tracking
Enhancement to the Clock Settings Page
Subscription: All Plans
We’ve refreshed the Clock Settings page with a cleaner, more organized layout, making it easier to review and manage your organization’s time tracking preferences.
While the page has a new look, existing functionality remains the same. Some settings have been reorganized or reworded with clearer descriptions to make it easier to understand what each setting controls and find what you need.
We’ve also made a few improvements to help you navigate and save changes more efficiently:
- A new Update Clock Settings button in the top-right corner remains accessible as you scroll, so you can save changes without returning to the bottom of the page.
- The History of Changes section is now collapsible, so you can expand it when needed without scrolling through the full history each time and extending the page.

Separate Auto Clock-Out Settings for Salaried Employees
Subscription: All Plans
Admins can now manage automatic clock-out settings for hourly and salaried employees together or separately. Previously, the same rules applied to both employee types. Now, you can enable Handle Salary Employees Differently to configure separate clock-out and approval settings for salaried employees.
When enabled, you can choose whether salaried employee clock entries require manager approval or are automatically approved, both when they clock themselves out and when the system clocks them out after a missed clock-out.
💡 | Tip: Salary-specific settings are disabled by default, so hourly and salaried employees will continue following the same settings unless Handle Salary Employees Differently is enabled.
📌 | Note: We’ve also improved Missed Clock Outs. When the system automatically clocks out an employee, it will now populate the end time using the automatic clock-out time while still displaying the Missed Clock Out flag. Previously, this field was blank, and managers had to manually enter the end time.

Push Employee App
Complete HR Tasks from the Push Employee App
Subscription: HR Add-On
We’ve enhanced the Push Employee app so employees can now view, complete, and track assigned HR tasks directly on their mobile devices through the new My Tasks section.
Previously, employees needed to access the web version of their account to complete assigned tasks. With this update, forms, videos, and reminders can now be completed and acknowledged directly from a mobile device, making it easier for employees to stay on top of outstanding tasks wherever they are.
Employees will see a pop-up notification the first time they open the app following this release, introducing this new functionality. The My Tasks section displays a badge showing the number of outstanding tasks, and it will update as they are completed.
Employees will be able to switch between Incomplete and Completed tasks. Easily see what information needs to be completed, and progress is automatically saved as employees work.
📌 | Note: Forms assigned as part of Digital Onboarding will continue to be completed through the existing onboarding experience and will not appear under My Tasks.

Account Management
More Time Before Automatic Logout
Subscription: All Plans
The default Auto Logout time has increased from 30 minutes to 90 minutes, helping reduce interruptions when administrators are working in the platform.
Accounts using the previous 30-minute default have been updated to 90 minutes (as of August 12th, 2026). If your team has already customized its Auto-Logout setting, your existing selection will remain unchanged.
Super Administrators will also see an in-app message encouraging them to review their current Auto Logout setting and confirm it still meets their organization’s security needs.
📌 | Note: The Auto Logout setting applies to all active administrators on the account and cannot be customized for individual users. This setting can only be updated by a Super Administrator.
