BI Insights

New Payroll Cost Analysis Dashboard

Subscription: Supreme with the BI Insights Add-On 

A new Payroll Cost Analysis Dashboard is now available in BI Insights, giving teams a centralized view of payroll expenses across their organization.

This dashboard brings together employee earnings and employer payroll costs, including contributions such as CPP, EI, and QPP. This allows you to quickly identify payroll cost trends and gain greater visibility into the total labour cost across your organization.

💡 | Tip: Use the dashboard filters to view payroll costs by month or quarter and analyze labour expenses across different reporting periods.

📌 Note: Employer payroll costs are distributed across the days within the selected filtered period to provide a more accurate view of labour expenses over time. For example, employer EI contributions are allocated evenly across the calendar days in the applicable pay period (e.g., pay period total ÷ days in period).

Applicant Tracking

New Select All option for Bulk Actions in the Candidate Dashboard

Subscriptions: HR Add-On

Managing large candidate pipelines just got easier! A new Select All option on the Candidate Dashboard lets you apply bulk actions to all candidates in a hiring stage or view, rather than selecting candidates page by page.

Previously, bulk actions such as updating statuses, sending messages, or deleting candidates were limited to the candidates visible on the current page (e.g. 10 or 30 per page). Now, you can select all candidates within the current view and complete these actions in a single step.

This helps reduce repetitive work when managing high-volume hiring pipelines and makes it easier to keep candidates moving through the hiring process efficiently.

📌 Note: Select All applies to the current view only (e.g., New) and does not apply to a different view (e.g. Interview); will require a new selection.

Generate Job Descriptions with Push AI

Subscription: HR Add-On

Creating job postings just got faster! Hiring teams can now automatically generate a job posting's description, providing a structured starting point instead of writing from scratch.

Referencing the posting's title, location, compensation information, employment type, and industry, the generator creates a draft that includes common sections such as responsibilities, qualifications, and compensation details.

💡 | Tip: Generated job descriptions are intended as a starting point and should be reviewed and edited to reflect your organization’s unique requirements, tone, and hiring practices.

Generate Performance Review Templates with Push AI

Subscription: Supreme with the Engagement Add-On 

Creating Performance Reviews just got more automated! You can now generate a Performance Review Template using Push AI, helping you build structured evaluations without starting from a blank page.

Based on your company’s industry, the selected position, and the title of the review being created, the system will automatically generate a set of suggested questions designed to support employee evaluations and performance conversations.

💡 | Tip: AI-generated templates are designed to help you get started quickly. Review the generated questions to ensure they align with your organization’s goals, expectations, and review process.

Take the guesswork out of survey creation! You can now generate Engagement Survey questions using Push AI, helping you create meaningful surveys without starting from a blank page.

Using your survey title, description, and industry, the generator creates a set of suggested questions to measure employee engagement, workplace satisfaction, and feedback.
