Payroll
New Overtime Calculation Setting - New Brunswick and Newfoundland and Labrador Only
Push Subscription: All Plans (Payroll Add-On required)
The Hour Structure has been updated for our New Brunswick and Newfoundland and Labrador users to offer more flexibility in how 1.5x overtime pay is calculated.
Admins can now choose whether the 1.5x rate is based on the province’s minimum wage or the employee’s assigned position wage. By default, the system will continue using the minimum wage, but this new setting gives businesses more control over how overtime pay is applied—while still following provincial labour standards.

Create Calendar Events Right From the Weekly Scheduler
Push Subscription: All Plans
Planning just got easier. You can now create and edit Calendar Events directly from the Weekly Scheduler—no need to switch tabs.
Hover over the Events row in the scheduler and click the plus icon to open the event creation window. Add your event details, hit save, and you’re done—all without leaving the page.
Need to make a change? Hover over an existing event and click the pencil icon—just like editing a shift. You’ll be able to review and update the details instantly.
📌 Note: Drag-and-drop for events isn’t available at this time—but let us know if that’s something you’d like to see via Roadmap & Ideas.
Enhancement to Calendar Events Page

We’ve also updated the Calendar Events setup page for a more modern, streamlined experience. The new layout replaces the old tabular design with a clean, intuitive format that’s easier to navigate.
Admins can still manage events from this main page—so whether you’re building from the scheduler or from the dedicated setup screen, both workflows are now faster and more user-friendly.
Push Manager App
Language Support Added to Push Manager App
Push Subscription: All Plans
The Push Manager App now supports full French and Spanish translations—making it easier for managers to review schedules, approve shifts, and manage their team in their preferred language.
Under Settings, simply toggle on the relevant language. There’s no need to click save—the app will automatically apply the change.

Redesigned Employee Positions Setup Page

The Employee Positions setup page has received a visual refresh. While the same core logic and data inputs still apply, the page is no longer presented in a tabular format. Instead, users will now see a streamlined layout that improves clarity and ease of use when creating or editing an employee’s position.
