Payroll
New Filter Options under Employee T4 Info Update Page (Canada only)
Push Subscription: Payroll Add-On
Reviewing and assigning T4 dental insurance information just got faster. The Employee T4 Info Update page now includes new filters for Employee Status (Active, Pending, Inactive, On Leave) and Payment Frequency (Hourly and Salary), making it easier to narrow your list and mass-assign Box 45 answers during year-end.
With new filters for status and pay type, it’s now much easier to narrow your list to the right employees. Whether you’re reviewing active staff, hourly workers, or anyone in between, these options speed up Box 45 assignments and save time during year end.
📌| Note: These options are available to Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permission to run payroll.
Employee Management
New Option to Unlink Linked Employees
Push Subscription: Supreme
Managing linked employee profiles just got easier. Admins can now unlink employee profiles directly in the platform without needing to contact Support. This gives your team more control when handling employee moves, corrections, or mistaken links.
The Linked Profiles section has also been refreshed to make it easier to review connected accounts at a glance. It now clearly displays each linked employee’s name, associated company, and hire date—with an Unlink button beside each profile for quick action when needed.
📌 | Note: Once profiles are unlinked, they cannot be re-linked. Each profile will operate independently, and changes made in one will no longer sync to the other.
