Payroll
U.S. Paystubs Now Show Total Hours Worked
Push Subscription: Payroll Add-On
To help your US business stay compliant with local labour laws, paystubs now display the total number of hours actually worked by each employee, separate from any vacation, sick time, or holiday pay. This summary appears in the Other Details section on the bottom left of the paystub and helps ensure clarity for your team.
This setting is controlled by a new toggle under Paystub Settings called Show Hours Worked Summary (U.S. only).
BI Insights
New Way to Build Custom Dashboards and Reporting
Push Subscription: Supreme with BI Insights Add-On
The Enterprise Dashboard just got a major upgrade! BI Insights is a powerful reporting workspace that enables you to build dashboards that accurately reflect your business operations. Instead of relying only on preset reports, you can create custom visualizations tailored to the labour, sales, payroll, or workforce metrics your team cares about most.
You can also schedule reports to send automatically and set alerts that notify you when key values shift—like overtime spiking or labour rising above sales.
Not sure where to begin? No problem, BI Insights includes prebuilt dashboards tailored to common industry needs, providing a strong starting point that you can customize as needed.
📌 | Note: BI Insights is available only to Super Administrators with access to the Enterprise Dashboard.

Leave Management
Time Off Requests Now on Mobile (Leave Management only)
Push Subscription: Supreme or Signature with Leave Management Add-On (Both require the Payroll Add-On)
Approving time off just got more mobile-friendly! Admins can now review and approve Leave Management–based time-off requests right from the Manager App, not just the web.
The new Time Off Requests tab shows who’s requesting time off, the dates and hours, the policy it falls under, and any overlapping requests. Employees continue to receive notifications for both approvals and rejections.
📌 | Note: Only time off requests tied to Leave Management appear in the Manager App. Requests outside of Leave Management remain web-only under Shift Approvals.

Transferring Employee Balances Between Locations
Push Subscription: Supreme or Signature with Leave Management Add-On (Both require the Payroll Add-On)
Moving employees between locations just got easier. You can now transfer an employee’s entire leave balance, including accrual history, from one company account to another within the same organization.
There’s no need to manually zero out balances, as the system will do it for you as part of the transfer. To ensure accuracy, only employees with matching policies and SIN/SSN across locations will appear as eligible, and the system will flag any employees or policies that don’t meet the criteria.
This update helps maintain clean records, eliminates the need for manual adjustments, and makes transitions between locations smoother than ever.
