New filter options in the Clock Hours Report
Push Subscription: All Plans
Finding the data you need in the Clock Hours Report just got easier. We’ve added new filter options so you can narrow down results by position, department, or specific employees—no more scrolling through unnecessary info to get what you’re after.
If you leave any of the new filters blank, the report will default to include all positions, departments, or employees, so the flexibility is all yours.

Leave Management
Flat Rate Accrual
Push Subscription: Supreme or Signature with Leave Management Add-On (Both require the Payroll Add-On)
Tracking time-off accruals just got another option. The new Flat Rate method lets you award a fixed number of hours off for every set number of hours worked—no percentages, just consistent, rule-based accruals that are easy to understand and apply.
For example, you can set up rules like 1.54 hours earned every 80 hours worked or 0.5 hours every 20 hours worked. Multiple tiers can be added to reflect accrual growth over time, giving your team a clear and predictable path to earning time off.
Flat Rate is one of three available accrual types when creating a time-off policy. Once saved, it’s locked in—so make sure every tier includes both “earned” and “worked” values before saving.

Minimum Advanced Notice
Push Subscription: Supreme or Signature with Leave Management Add-On (Both require the Payroll Add-On)
Time-off requests just got more flexible to manage. With the new Minimum Advance Notice setting in Leave Management, you can now define how many days’ notice an employee must give before taking time off, on a per-policy basis.
This means you can set different notice periods for different types of time off. For example, you might require two weeks’ notice for vacations, but no advance notice for sick days. It’s a simple way to align time-off behaviour with your team’s scheduling needs, while still keeping things fair and transparent for employees.
📌 Note: If you previously used the Minimum Advance Notice toggle in Scheduler Settings, that value has been automatically transferred to each of your policies to maintain your existing rules.

Enterprise Dashboard
New Filters in Enterprise Employee Information Report
Push Subscription: Supreme
Enterprise users now have greater visibility into employee data across locations, with new fields added to the Enterprise Employee Information Report. These updates bring the report more in line with what’s available in single-location reporting, making it easier to review employment history, time-off policies, and vacation setups from a centralized view.
With the new Balances filter, you can easily track employees’ time-off entitlements across locations at a glance—seeing assigned policies like Sick Days, Unpaid Time Off, and Vacation Hours directly within the report, all in one place.
The Employment Details filter has been updated to give you even more insight into employee history. In addition to existing fields, the report now includes Date of Rehire and Job Start Date, making it easier to understand each employee’s timeline and tenure across locations.
The new Vacation filter makes it easier to review how vacation is set up for each employee, especially for teams using our core vacation tracking features. When enabled, the report will display each employee’s Vacation Method and Vacation Rate, helping you audit calculations and maintain consistency across locations.
