Chat

Create Announcement Channels (Push Manager App only)

Push Subscription: Supreme

A new update to our Chat feature has arrived—say hello to the Announcements Channel. This one-way channel gives administrators and moderators a dedicated space to share important updates, company news, and time-sensitive messages without replies getting in the way.

Creating an Announcements Channel is simple—it follows the same steps as creating any new channel. Just toggle the Announcements option during setup and designate who else on your team can post messages as a moderator.

Employees can easily spot Announcements Channels by the megaphone icon, while regular chats show a hashtag icon. Inside, it’s just as clear—announcements only allow reactions, not replies, helping important messages stand out from everyday conversation.

📌 Note: Announcement channels can only be created by admins with the appropriate permissions, and setup must be done through the Push Manager app.

Scheduler

Clear Option for Filtering Positions, Shift Tags, & Revenue Center

Push Subscription: All Plans

Clearing filters in the Scheduler just got faster. We’ve added a new Clear button to the Positions, Shift Tags, and Revenue Center fields—so you can reset filters with a single click instead of removing each item one by one.

This small but impactful update saves time for schedule makers managing multiple filters and helps streamline day-to-day navigation. We’ve also updated the visual style of the Clear action to make it easier to spot and use.

Update to Dragging and Dropping Shifts

Push Subscription: All Plans

Drag-and-drop just got smoother in the Scheduler. We’ve expanded the hitbox for shift placement, so you no longer need to aim precisely when moving shifts between cells.

When you drag a shift, you can drop it anywhere within the targeted box to complete the action; you'll see it highlighted in grey. This minor adjustment makes the interaction more forgiving, especially for teams managing schedules quickly.

Employee Management

New Dismissal without Cause Option

Push Subscription: All Plans

You can now select a more accurate reason when deactivating employees. Based on customer feedback, we’ve added Dismissed Without Cause to the list of termination or leave reasons—providing a clearer option when other selections don’t reflect the nature of the departure.

The new reason can be used in both single and bulk deactivations, helping teams maintain accurate records and ensure that downstream processes—like ROE generation—are properly aligned with the selected termination reason.
