Goal
- How to Generate a Report based on Employee Information at the Enterprise level
Environment:
- Push Web App
Process:
- Login to your Push Account on a desktop
- Click the Company name in the top right-hand corner
- In the drop-down menu under Organizations, click the Company Name

Click the Reports tab
- Under Report Name, click Employee Information
- The page will load so users will be able to filter the details of the report by the following:
- Under Companies, click the box and select the specific Location(s) or Leave Blank to select all Companies
- Under Employee Status, click the box and select either Active, Inactive, and/or Pending if applicable
- Under First Name, input the name of a specific employee if applicable
- Under Last Name, input the name of a specific employee if applicable

Check/Uncheck the boxes that correspond with the following filters if applicable:
- Birthday: The employee's date of birth and age will be included.
- SIN/SSN: The employee's SIN/SSN details will be included.
- Address: The employee's street address, city, province/state, postal/zip code, and country will be included.
- Contact: Will include the employee's Phone Number and Alternative Phone Number.
- Emergency Contact: The employee's Emergency Contact Name and Phone Number will be included.
- Employment Details: The employee's Employee Number, Employee Status, Employee Status Date, Hire Date, Date of Rehire, Job Start Date, History Status (e.g. Hire/Rehire), History Date, Tenure Years, and Tenure Months.

Positions: The employee's Primary Position, Primary Department, Primary Salary, Primary Salary Period (e.g. Yearly/Hourly), Other Positions, and Location.
Note: The Primary Position is based on the role marked as Primary in the employee’s profile under Salary Details. If no primary position is set there, the system will default to the first position listed for the employee, regardless of start or end dates. The Primary Position also determines the employee’s Primary Department, Primary Salary, and Primary Salary Period. - Vacation: The employee's vacation method (e.g., paid out/banked) and vacation rate will be included.
- Last Worked: Include the employee's last recorded Date for Last Worked.
- Custom Attributes: Include the employee's details for any Employee Attributes (e.g. T-shirt Size, Pronouns, Certificate Expiry Date).
- Salary Period: Include the employee's salary frequency (e.g. Hourly, Yearly, Weekly).
- Banking: Include the employee's direct deposit details, including the institution number, branch number, and account number.
- Work Permit: Include the employee's Work Permit Status, Work Permit Number, Work Permit Max Hours, Work Permit Issue Date, and Work Permit Expiry Date (Canadian accounts only with the HR Add-On).
- Balances: Include the employee's existing balances (e.g. total hours or days) for each Leave Management Policy they are part of (e.g. Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Time, Unpaid Time Off).
- Once done, click Generate
Additional Information
The Enterprise Dashboard provides a high-level view of a client's business and performance, with metrics, graphs, and more customizable and user-friendly reporting.
Under Export, you will have the option to download the report information in one of the following formats: HTML, CSV, Excel, Image, or PDF.
Under Charts, you can view the report information in one of the following formats: Column, Bar, Line, Scatter, Pie, Stacked Column, or Column Line.
Under Fields, you will have the option to view the report information with further filtering. Depending on the report, you can filter by Company, Province/State, Age, Date of Birth, and more.
Please note that the Enterprise Dashboard is only available to Super Administrators.
