Instant Messaging Platform

Push Chat is a brand new instant messaging platform for users to communicate through our mobile apps, the Push Employee and Push Manager apps!
Note that this feature will only be enabled if requested by an active Super Adminstrator. If you wish for your team/account to have access to our Chat functionality, please get in touch with our Push Support Team, who can best assist!
Your team can instantly communicate between team members, ensuring quick responses and minimizing real-time challenges. In addition, foster a sense of community among employees with Channels, encouraging teamwork and collaboration while being able to react to messages and send Giphy's!

Leave Management
Leave Management Add-On

We are now offering the opportunity for our Pro Subscription users to purchase an Add On to be able to use our Leave Management functionality. Our Premium users will continue to have access to Leave Management.

Convert Core Vacation Into A Vacation Policy
Push Subscription: Premium or Pro + Leave Management Add-On
Leave Management now offers the ability to automatically convert employees' banked vacation into a Leave Management Policy. For any employees whose vacation was being tracked in the employee profile, when they are added to a Vacation Policy, the system will prompt you to convert the vacation.
If you wish, you will have the ability to manually adjust the automatic calculation prior to completing the upload. Note after the conversion, the Policy may state it is being calculated when viewing the Employee, but the system will update to show the converted hours or dollars!
If you do not see the Convert Existing Balance section, please get in touch with the Push Support Team to update the setup of your Policy Preset.
Auto-Update Core Vacation to 0 once Converted Into A Vacation Policy
Once the vacation balance is converted into Leave Management, the system will automatically update the Employee Profile's Vacation information so the system does not double accrue.
The system will state under the History of Changes that Push updated the Vacation amount to 0.
Custom Hours Structures

Custom Hours Structures can now be created and updated by users and no longer requires a request to our Push Support Team. Easily manage any employees who are on averaging agreements!

Indeed Integration

Our Indeed integration has been enhanced to include salary information from our ATS Job Postings. When a Candidate views a Job Posting on Linkedin, the salary information will be displayed, so long as it was included in the Job Posting in Push!
Administrators
Team Administrator Permission For Deleted Positions
Push Subscription: All Plans
Deleted Positions now show as an option to set permissions for Team Administrators. You will see an option to toggle on and off the ability to Show Deleted Positions in areas that require Position-based permissions.
Employee Management
Onboarding Settings
Push Subscription: HR Add-On
A new onboarding setting has been added: Onboarding Employees Can Update Availability, allowing users to control whether the weekly availability questionnaire appears during digital employee onboarding. Check or uncheck the box to determine if employees must input the days or hours they can work in a week!
Note with this new update, Scheduler Settings: Enable Employee Availability has been renamed to Active Employees can update availability.

Updating Employee Salary Rates
Push Subscription: All Plans
When an employee's existing salary rate is updated via the pencil icon, you will now be prompted a message to inform you of two ways to adjust this information: adding a new rate or updating an existing rate. Depending on which option you select, the system will prompt you to complete the salary update with the correct workflow. This will ensure that all information is correct, so this does not impact the current payroll or historical reporting.

Manager Comments & Clock Hours Report

We have enhanced the Clock Hours Report to include manager comments. Now, you can easily review comments left by both employees and administrators relating to clock entries in a report format!

Filter By Profit Center
Push Users: Premium
You can now include Profit Center information when reviewing sales and labour figures in the Push Manager app. This will include Sales Forecast, Actual Sales, Scheduled Labour, and Actual Labour.
Easily filter specific Profit Centers to your choosing to align on figures relevant to your role!
