To make it easier to post jobs and recruit for your business, we have increased the performance of the Job Dashboard in the ATS to load quicker.
Signed Offer Letters

After a candidate signs their Offer Letter, those letters are added to the employee's profile under the Upload Files.
Offer Letter - Hourly Rate
Push Subscription: HR Add On
When an employee with an hourly rate is hired, the rate from their signed offer letter is added to their employee profile once they are invited to Push.

When an employee finishes onboarding, they no longer need to click the Done button to become a Pending Employee. Once the information is populated and the employee reaches the final screen, a pending employee will move to Admin Review.

Logbook Summary

We have updated the Logbook Summary to ensure that the previous year's Actual Labour Cost displays to compare it with the current year.
Scheduler
Publish Schedule
Push Subscription: Base Plan
The ability to publish a schedule has been added directly onto the scheduler for individual positions instead of publishing the schedule for all positions at once.
Disable Publishing Schedule
Push Subscription: Base Plan
We have addressed an issue where the Disable Publishing Schedules under team administrator permissions would not activate.
