Environment:
- Push Web App
Answer
Scheduler: This is where you can schedule shifts, make schedule presets, shift tags, blackout periods, and calendar events. This is also where you can view and approve/reject shift approvals.
Employees: You can view and manage both active, pending, inactive, and on leave employees. This is also where work milestones and employee statistics can also be accessed.
Timesheet: If your employees are not clocking in and out through Push, Timesheets is where you will input employees worked hours per day. Otherwise, the hours recorded through the Push Employee or Time app, will sync into Timesheets.
Sales: You can use the Sales tab as a tool to review your company's labour budgeting, sales forecasting, and actual sales and labour data.
Reports: This is where you can generate numerous reports to gain insight on your business. Types of reports include labour cost reports, clock hour reports, and payroll reports.
Payroll: Other than actually running payroll, you can also add earnings & deductions, process pay outside of your payroll schedule in an off run, or view your invoices using the left hand navigation bar.
Logbook: Add comments/notes in the Logbook from that day in the business. These can be compared to a summary that includes labour costs and forecasts for that day. Customize templates, categories, and set up an alarm to notify you of Logbook entries daily.
Applicant Tracking: This is where you can manage job postings, candidate information, interactions, templates, interviews, and offer letters.
