Redesigned Candidate Dashboard with Pre-Built Views

Managing candidates just got easier. The Candidate Dashboard has been redesigned with pre-built views organized by hiring stage, helping teams quickly see where candidates are in the hiring process.

Instead of manually filtering through large lists each time, easily switch between views such as New, Under Review, Interviewed, Offer Sent, and more to focus on the candidates who need attention at each stage.

This makes it easier to stay organized, move candidates through the hiring process faster, and avoid missing important applicants.

💡 | Tip: Prefer the old view? We've kept this format in the new 'All' view option, and existing filters are still available.

📌 | Note: Custom statuses will not appear as separate pre-built views. They will be grouped under the standard stages (such as New or Under Review). Additional filters can be used to further refine your candidate list if needed.

New Source Filter in the Candidate Dashboard

Understanding where your candidates are coming from just got easier. A new Source filter is now available in the Candidate Dashboard, allowing you to quickly filter applicants based on how they applied.

From the careers page, job boards, LinkedIn, and more, utilize these filters to help you better understand which sources are driving applicants and focus your hiring efforts accordingly.

Improved Job & Candidate Status Management

Managing your hiring workflow just got more flexible. The Status section under ATS Settings has been redesigned to make it easier to create, reorder, and manage both candidate and job posting statuses.

You can now reorder statuses to match your hiring process, helping ensure stages appear in a logical and consistent sequence across your Candidate and Job Dashboards.

Updates are now saved automatically as you make changes, and when removing a status, you’ll be guided to reassign any affected candidates or job postings, helping prevent disruptions to your workflow.

💡 | Tip: Use the Hide Empty Groups option to simplify your view by removing unused statuses and keeping your workflow clean and focused.

Improved Candidate Messaging Experience

Sending a message to a candidate just got smoother! When creating a new message from a candidate’s profile, key fields are now automatically populated to reduce extra steps.

Previously, the To and From fields were not automatically filled, requiring administrators to manually select both before sending a message. Now, we’ve improved the experience by prefilling these fields, so you can start messaging right away with fewer steps.

In addition, based on feedback, we’ve improved the message confirmation experience by removing an extra step. Previously, a confirmation pop-up required you to manually close it after sending a message. Now, you’ll see a “Message Successfully Sent” notification at the bottom of the screen, so you can continue your workflow without interruption.

New Option to Bulk Message Candidates

Connecting with candidates just became more efficient! Recruiters can now send messages to multiple candidates at once directly from the Candidate Dashboard.

Instead of contacting candidates individually, you can select multiple applicants and send a single message to the group, making it faster to communicate updates about job postings, interview scheduling, requesting employee referrals, and more.

For an even faster workflow, consider using Message Templates, which can automatically pull in details such as the candidate’s name, role, and other profile information when sending messages.

📌 Note: Files and attachments are not supported when sending bulk messages. If you need to include attachments, please send the message individually to the candidate instead.

Filter the Candidate Dashboard by Time in Status

Finding candidates that need attention just got easier. The Candidate Dashboard now includes filtering options for Time in Status, helping hiring teams quickly identify applications that may require review or follow-up.

Using the Time in Status filter, you can enter a number of days and choose “Or More” or “Or Less” to narrow down results. For example, filter for candidates who have been in the same status for 15 days or more to identify applications that may require follow-up, or 5 days or less to focus on newer applicants.

This makes it easier to prioritize candidates and manage multiple roles at once by highlighting where action may be needed in your hiring pipeline.

💡 | Tip: You can customize the different candidates' statuses used in your hiring pipeline to better reflect your recruitment process.

New Time in Status Column in the Candidate Dashboard

Based on feedback, we’ve added a Time in Status column to the Candidate Dashboard, giving you better visibility into when a candidate’s status was last updated.

This column shows how long a candidate has remained in their current stage (e.g., 1 second ago, 1 day ago, 3 weeks ago, or several months ago), making it easier to quickly identify new applicants to review or candidates who may require follow-up.

This enhancement helps hiring teams stay organized, manage multiple roles more efficiently, and ensure candidates continue moving through the hiring pipeline.

📌 | Note: The Time in Status column replaces the previous Phone Number column in the Candidate Dashboard. Phone number details are still available within each candidate’s profile if needed.
