🔐 Access required
- The Push Manager App is available on all plans—Starter, Signature, and Supreme.
- To access and use the app, you must be set up as an active Administrator (Super or Team).
- Access to tools within the app also depends on your plan type and the permissions granted to your admin role. For example, Chat is exclusive to the Supreme plan, and Time Off Requests are only available with the Leave Management feature.

Managing Leave Management Time Off Requests Now on Mobile
Approving time off just got more mobile-friendly! Admins can now review and approve Leave Management–based time-off requests right from the Manager App, not just the web.
The new Time Off Requests tab shows who’s requesting time off, the dates and hours, the policy it falls under, and any overlapping requests. Employees continue to receive notifications for both approvals and rejections.
📌 | Note: Only time off requests tied to Leave Management appear in the Manager App. Requests outside of Leave Management remain web-only under Shift Approvals.
New Language Support for French and Spanish
Our mobile app, Push Manager, now supports full French and Spanish translations—making it easier for administrators to review schedules, approve shifts, review sales and labour data, and more in their preferred language.
Under Settings, simply toggle on the relevant language. There’s no need to click save—the app will automatically apply the change.

New Announcement Channels with our Chat Feature
A new update to our Chat feature has arrived—say hello to the Announcements Channel. This one-way channel gives administrators and moderators a dedicated space to share important updates, company news, and time-sensitive messages without replies getting in the way.
Creating an Announcements Channel is simple—it follows the same steps as creating any new channel. Just toggle the Announcements option during setup and designate who else on your team can post messages as a moderator.
Employees can easily spot Announcements Channels by the megaphone icon, while regular chats show a hashtag icon. Inside, it’s just as clear—announcements only allow reactions, not replies, helping important messages stand out from everyday conversation.
📌 | Note: Announcement channels can only be created by admins with the appropriate permissions, and setup must be done through the Push Manager app.
Manage Weekly Availability Requests
Staying on top of weekly availability requests just got easier! In addition to the web app, managers can now review and approve availability requests directly in the Manager App.
The new Availability Requests tab provides key details like employee name, requested changes, workday limits, max weekly hours, availability breakdown, submission timestamps, and employee notes—all in one place.
