Generate Form Fields with Push AI

📌 | Note: Available with the HR-Add On.

Building field inputs in a digital Form just got a lot faster! You can now use Push AI to scan and detect fillable areas, such as text inputs, signature lines, checkboxes, date fields, and address blocks, and place them as draft overlays directly on the form for you to review.

Detected fields appear in blue on the PDF, with a matching list in the sidebar grouped by page. You stay in full control: edit any field's label or type, remove fields you don't need, and commit your changes only when you're ready. Select Save All to add every remaining field to the form, or Discard All to clear the overlays and start over.

💡 | Tip: AI-generated Form Fields are designed to give you a fast starting point. Review the detected fields to ensure they align with your form's structure and any organization-specific requirements before saving.

New Option to Duplicate Forms

📌 | Note: Available with the HR-Add On.

Creating and updating forms just got faster. You can now duplicate existing forms to quickly create a new version without rebuilding fields and inputs from scratch.

This makes it easier to manage updates to existing forms, such as creating a new version for an updated policy or a new year, while retaining previous versions for reference.

💡| Tip: This is especially helpful when customizing Push-managed forms, allowing you to create an editable version while keeping the original intact for compliance.

See Which Forms Are Managed by Push

📌 | Note: Available with the HR-Add On.

Managing forms just got clearer! The Forms page now includes a column showing whether a form is managed by Push (Yes or No), making it easier to distinguish between forms maintained and updated by Push (such as tax and compliance forms) and forms created and managed by your team.

Tax and compliance forms provided after April 1, 2026, will be marked as Push-managed (Yes), while forms provided prior to this date will remain as Push-managed (No) unless updated or replaced.

As part of this update, administrators will no longer be able to edit form fields or inputs on Push-managed forms. All updates are managed by our Push team to help ensure continued accuracy and compliance.

💡 | Tip: If you’d like to customize a Push-managed form, use the Duplicate Form option to create an editable copy.

📌 | Note: While Push-managed forms cannot be edited directly, you can still update settings such as whether the form is required and its publication status.

Improved File Visibility Controls for Employee Files

Uploading employee files just got more secure! Admins are now required to select who can view a file before uploading, helping prevent unintended access to sensitive documents.

Previously, file visibility defaulted to 'Everyone', which could result in sensitive employee documents being shared more broadly than intended and requiring manual updates after upload. Now, we’ve improved the experience by requiring a visibility selection before uploading, so access is intentional from the start.

This update applies to the admin upload experience for employee files. Employees who upload their own files are not affected, as they cannot set or adjust file visibility.

New Option to Capture EEO Details During Digital Onboarding

To help you capture key EEO information, we’ve added the ability to collect these details directly during employee onboarding.

Instead of relying on administrators to enter this information after an employee profile is created, employees can now provide their EEO details themselves as part of the digital onboarding process. This helps streamline data collection and reduces manual administrative work.

By default, these fields appear during digital onboarding, but you can choose to make them optional or required under Employee Settings → Onboarding Settings.

You can also control whether Team Administrators have permission to view or edit EEO details under Employee Profile Setup permissions: Employee EEO Reporting.
