We’re always improving the Push Employee app to make it easier to use and more helpful in your day-to-day work. This article highlights the latest updates, enhancements, and fixes, so you can stay up to date with what’s changed.
If you have questions about how to use a feature, notice something isn’t working as expected, or need help with your account, please reach out to your employer or manager directly. They can review your setup and provide guidance based on how your workplace uses the platform.
🔐 Access required
- To use most features in the Push Employee app, you must be an active employee in your employer’s account.
- If you are a former employee, your access will be limited. For example, you may still be able to view documents like pay stubs or tax forms (such as T4S), but other features will no longer be available.
- Feature access can also vary depending on how your employer has set up their account. If you believe you should have access to something that isn’t available, your employer can confirm and assist further.
- If you’re looking for information in your account that you don’t see in the mobile app, try accessing your account through the web app or reach out to your employer or manager for assistance.

Download Pay Stubs Directly from the Push Employee App
Accessing payroll documents on the go just got easier. Employees can now download official pay stubs directly from the Push Employee app.
Employees will see a pop-up notification the first time they log in after this release, introducing the new download option.
When viewing a pay stub in the mobile app, employees will see a clear Download option. Allowing them to generate a secure PDF copy whenever they need it, perfect for financial verification, applications, or personal records.
This enhancement improves mobile payroll self-service and helps reduce routine documentation requests to HR or payroll teams.
📌 | Note: Only active employees can download pay stubs from the mobile app. Inactive employees can still view pay stubs in the mobile app, but must download them from the web app (desktop) if needed.
Employees will now have two options for downloading pay stubs: desktop or mobile app.
Calendar Support for Multiple Locations
We’ve improved the Push Employee app experience so that employees who work across multiple locations or employers can now view all their upcoming shifts in a single unified calendar.
Previously, employees needed to switch between profiles to check schedules for different locations or businesses. With our new update, this helps reduce scheduling confusion, missed shifts, and uncertainty about where someone is scheduled.
Employees will see a pop-up notification the first time they log in after this release, introducing the new unified calendar experience.
Each shift will include a location pin and a location name, making it easy to quickly identify the shift's location.
Paperless W-2 Delivery Option (US only)
US employees can now opt in to paperless W-2 delivery directly through the Push Employee app.
Previously, W-2 forms were automatically provided in both paper and digital formats. With this update, employees can choose to go paperless, meaning they’ll only receive their W-2s electronically instead of an additional physical copy being mailed.
Employees will see a pop-up notification the first time they log in, offering the option to opt in to paperless delivery.
Their preferences can also be updated at any time under Settings > Notifications > W2 Paperless. This enhancement gives employees greater control over how they receive their tax documents while helping businesses streamline year-end tax distribution.
