Currently, on the regular clock approvals page, you cannot view inactive employee hours. However, you will now have the ability to pull up their clock times and search within a date range.
To view inactive employees clock approval hours:
- Go to the Inactive Employee list.
- Click 'Clock' Icon on an inactive employee
- This will take you to the Clock approval page with the employee's name already in the Employee field. The default dates will be for the year. For example, if you click on the clock icon on May 2018, the clock hours between Jan 1st 2018 - Dec 31st 2018 will populate.
- You will also have the option to search specific clock times by Start and End Dates.
- If needed, you can also select the 'x' and open a clock hours report and export to Excel.
