- How to update a clock entry that an employee did not clock out for
- Push Web App
- Click the Employees or Scheduler tab
- Click Clock Approvals on the left-hand navigation bar
- Locate the employee(s) clock entry, the Filter options will assist you
- On the right-hand side of the employee's clock in/out time, click the Arrow icon to clock the employee out
The system will clock out the employee at the exact time when you clicked the arrow icon. If the employee has left earlier than the present time, you will have to edit the clock out time for the clock entry.
Please note, only Super Administrator and Team Administrators with permissions to Approve Clock Approvals will be able to manually clock out employees.
