- How to see deleted clock approvals
Environment:
- Push Web App
Process:
Under Clock Approvals:
- Click the Employees tab
- On the left hand navigation bar, click Clock Approvals
- Under Filters, click the drop down menu and select Deleted Clockouts
- Under Start Date and End Date, input the necessary dates to pull a timeframe
- In any other Fields, input the necessary information if applicable
- Once done, click Generate
- Under Work History, you will see a list of any deleted clock entries
- Hover over the clock entry and click the Eye icon to view
- Under Clock In/Out Information you will see the Time, Position info, and any comments
- Under History of Changes, you will see a list of Administrators who made changes to this clock entry
Under Clock Hours Report:
- Click the Reports tab
- Under Report Type, click the drop down menu and select Clock Hours Report
- Under Start Date, input the necessary date
- Under End Date, input the necessary date
- Under Options, check the box to Include Deleted Clocks
- Click Generate
- Under Status, a deleted clock entry will state Deleted
Additional Information
In case there was a deleted entry that you need to review. You can view clock entries in both Reports and Clock Approvals.
This is helpful if an entry was deleted or the original clock was attached to a revered survey answer. If a clock entry with a Survey disqualifier requires the manager to delete it, head office admins have a record of who made the change.
You won't be able to edit any information on a deleted clock. However, you can see the history of the person who deleted the entry and if there is a reason why.
For example:

John clocks in as server, November 13, 2020, at 9:30 am and accidentally enters a disqualifier on their survey leaving their clock entry as 9:30am-9:31am.

Jane (manager) goes in and deletes the clock entry the same day, 1 hour later, and leaves a comment “john entered error in survey question” on the entry.

Shelley (head office admin) is reviewing the survey reports and sees a disqualifier entry for “November 13” but there is no clock record.
- Shelley can go into the clock approvals or the report and see that Jane deleted the entry and why
Please note, that only Super Administrators and Team Administrator with permissions to View/Update Clock Approvals will be able to review deleted clock entries.
