Separate EHT By Cost Center In The Journal Entry Report [Ontario and Quebec only]
Push Subscription: Payroll Add-On [Pro or Premium Subscription required for integration with Xero or Quickbooks]
The Journal Entry Report has been enhanced to offer the ability for EHT (Employer Health Tax) to be filtered by Cost Center for the relevant pay periods.
Users can enable this from Journal Entry Settings by toggling the new setting: Separate EHT by Cost Centers.
For more information on how to update the Journal Entry Settings, please review the following article: How To Update Journal Entry Settings
Reports
Filtering Options For The Schedule Hours Report
Push Subscription: All Plans
The Schedule Hours Report has been updated to include the option to filter by Department(s) and Position(s) and not just by a time frame. This will assist our users with understanding how often employees are scheduled to work to help with managing labour costs!
For more information on how to generate this report, please review the following article: How To Generate The Scheduled Hours Report
Scheduler
Calendar Events By Date Range
Push Subscription: All Plans
There has been an enhancement to allow users to create Calendar Events for a range of dates instead of per day and time. Easily create events spanning multiple days to let your team know when events are happening at your business!
Weekly Availability Requests With A Future Start Date
Push Subscription: All Plans
We have enhanced the Shift Approvals page to show Weekly Availability requests regardless of start date. Before, this page would hide requests that had future start dates and would not appear until closer to this time.
With this new update, users can ensure that all requests for new or current employees are approved in a timely manner!
Integrations
Toast (POS)
Push Subscription: Pro or Premium
We can now integrate with the point of sale (POS) system Toast, which allows sales data to be synced into users' Push accounts. Easily view this information from one platform to help manage the various costs associated with your business.
For users who are using Toast and Push already and are interested in setting up this integration, please enable the integration from the Toast Partner Connect page. Once initiated from Toast, our Push Support Team will be notified to continue the integration set up for completion!
Linked Employees
Manage Linked Companies To Utilize Linked Employees
Push Subscription: Premium Subscription
Managing which Companies are linked to utilize Linked Employees can now be set up and updated by users from the Enterprise Dashboard! Users are able to make changes as needed and have a clear understanding of the locations that are linked to continue to easily manage the setup of employees who work at multiple locations.
For users who do not use the Enterprise Dashboard but utilize the Linked Employees feature, continue to submit a request to our Push Support Team to best assist you.
For more information on how to manage the linked companies or set up a Linked Employee, please reference one of these articles: How To Manage Which Accounts Are Linked To Utilize Linked Employees or How To Add A Linked Employee
Applicant Tracking
Indeed Integration
Push Subscription: HR Add-On
The Indeed integration has been enhanced and no longer requires a manual setup by Push or Indeed! Once users have published a Job Posting, this will automatically sync to Indeed for candidates to submit applications. If any changes occur to the Job Posting, the integration will sync these updates in just a few minutes!
If you do not wish to have the Indeed integration at this time, please contact the Push Support Team to best assist you!
Leave Management
Automatically Prorate Salaries
Push Subscription: Premium or Leave Management Add-On
A member of the Push Team has the ability to enable a feature under Leave Management to automatically adjust a salaried employee's regular pay when part of a Unpaid Policy. Before, if a salaried employee requested time off from an unpaid Leave Management Policy, a manager was still required to prorate the salary.
Now, our system will create a negative Earning and Deduction entry to adjust the regular pay automatically for salaried employees when the request is approved from a Paid or Unpaid Policy.
Push Employee App
Accessible To Former Employees
Push Subscription: All Plans [Payroll Add-On required for paystubs to be available]
The Push Employee app has been enhanced to allow former employees to access specific information from their accounts on a mobile device. This update ensures that current or former employees can retrieve paystubs, ROEs, T4s, and W-2s from a desktop and mobile device.
When logged in, the sidebar in the Push Employee app will only show information that former employees can access.

Employee Management
Prompt Employee Group Setup When Adding Employees
Push Subscription: All Plans
The system will now warn users to set up Employee Groups if they have not done so when adding a brand-new Employee Profile. This will save our users time, as they will be notified to create Groups prior to inputting details.
Emergency Contact Mailing Address
Push Subscription: HR Add-On
Employees will now have the option to provide a Mailing Address for emergency contacts, instead of it being a requirement. When an employee submits information about their emergency contact, they will see that only specific fields are required with a red asterisk.
