Self Serve Chat Activation

Super Administrators now have the capability to activate the Chat feature within their accounts independently, eliminating the need to reach out to the Push Support Team! Once activated, all active employees and administrators will find the Chat option visible in both the Push Employee and Manager apps.
The management of the Chat feature will be accessible to users under Company Setup, with a newly added section under Navigation labelled Chat.

Add Users by Position In A Channel

An enhancement has been implemented, enabling Administrators to simplify the process of adding users to Channels. When creating or updating channels, users can now be added by Position or Employee, providing a smoother user addition experience.
This enhancement reduces the time spent on individual user additions and ensures better organization within Channels, as Position are grouped by Departments.

Leave Management
Track Employee Changes From My Feed
Push Subscription: Premium or Leave Management Add-On
The My Feed feature has been enhanced to allow users to track employee changes, especially those related to Leave Management.
When an employee is added or removed from a specific policy, users can now track these changes to review who and when the change was made. By selecting Employee Changes and running it for a date range within 30 days, users will clearly understand changes made for multiple employees related to Leave Management.

New Option To Start Accruals After Waiting Period
Push Subscription: Premium or Leave Management Add-On
A new toggle when setting up a Leave Management Policy will allow users to decide if employees can accrue a balance during or after the waiting period. By toggling off this new setting, Employees accrue a balance during the waiting period; an employee can be assigned to a policy, but their balance will not start accruing until after they have completed their probation.

Employee Deactivation Alarm

A new alarm has been created to notify administrators when an employee profile is deactivated from an account. Users can now be notified when an employee is activated from the Pending Employee List and deactivated from the Active or On Leave Employee List.

Copy Candidate Weekly Availability To Employee Profile

A new Onboarding Setting has been introduced to populate the weekly availability submitted by Candidates in their corresponding employee profiles. Based on the details submitted in a job posting, this will allow the new employee to save time during digital onboarding and ensure no changes are made to their agreed-upon work availability.
To enable whether the system will transfer the weekly availability details to the employee profile,, there is now a new toggle under Onboarding Settings; Copy ATS Candidate Availability.

Expired Welcome Emails
Push Subscription: HR Add-On
When an employee receives an email for digital onboarding, Administrators can now easily review which employees have expired welcome emails from the Pending Employee List.
A new Status: Invite Email Expired will identify team members who have yet to open the link to start onboarding. This feature helps users quickly review who needs a new link (expires after 72 hours) sent and ensures accountability for the employee completing digital onboarding.
