Scheduler
Daily View: Drag Shifts To Adjust Time
Subscription: All Plans
In the Scheduler's Daily view, Administrators can now adjust shift times by dragging them, making it simple to modify shift durations as needed!
Simply hover over any existing shift, drag to extend or shorten its duration, and enjoy streamlined scheduling.
Administrators now have two options to adjust a shift's time: they can modify it by quickly dragging it, or they can manually edit the start and end times by clicking on the shift via the pencil icon.
For more information on how to add a shift to the Scheduler in the Daily View or make adjustments, please reference either of these articles: How To Add A Shift In The Daily Schedule View or How To Adjust Shift Times In The Daily Schedule View
Administrators
Employee Number Permission
Subscription: All Plans
A new Team Administrator permission has been introduced to allow users to filter which team members can view and/or update the Employee ID Number associated with an employee.
Users can toggle on or off this new permission under Employee Setup and further adjust access based on Employee Groups.
If a Team Administrator has permission, they can access these details under an employee profile or simply view this information from one of the employees' tabs.
An Employee ID Number is a unique identifier used by organizations to distinguish and track individual employees efficiently. However, some companies choose not to use employee numbers as an identifier based on operational needs.
If you wish for your account to have access to track these details, please don't hesitate to contact your account representative directly to enable this feature. If you do not have an account representative, please contact the Push Support Team at support@pushoperations.com to best assist you!
Applicant Tracking
Indeed Apply
Subscription: HR Add-On
Our Indeed integration now supports Indeed Apply, enabling candidates to apply directly through Indeed instead of being redirected to a published ATS job posting.
Once the candidate applies in Indeed, the integration will sync this data and create a candidate profile in your ATS!
Users can enable this option from ATS Settings under a new tab called Integrations. If disabled, candidates will be redirected to the ATS job posting from Indeed when clicking 'apply now' as usual.
Any Candidates who apply directly from Indeed will be labelled with the Source; Indeed Apply.
To update how Candidates are applying for roles found in Indeed that are associated with your account, please reference this how-to guide for instructions: How To Determine Whether Candidates Are Redirected To ATS From Indeed When Applying For A Job
Leave Management
Milestones
Subscription: Premium subscription or Pro Subscription with Leave Management Add-On (Both require the Payroll Add-On)
Our new Milestones feature enables automated tracking of employee accrual rate increases based on tenure for specific policies. Once Milestones are configured within a Leave Management Policy, our system monitors and assigns employees to relevant milestones based on their hire date.
For example, consider a company that initially offers employees a vacation accrual rate of 4%. This rate increases to 6% after 5 years of employment. When an employee reaches their 5-year anniversary, the system automatically adjusts their vacation accrual rate from 4% to 6%.
Super Administrators have the capability to establish Milestones within both new and existing policies of their choice. The rules applicable to employees under a Leave Management Policy remain consistent, with distinctions made in the Milestone setup for parameters such as Accrual Rate, Maximum Annual Accrual, and Carry Forward Limit.
Once a Milestone is created, a new column will appear in the Policy set-up. Users will be able to see which employees are part of the Base Accrual and those part of a Milestone.
Users can create multiple Milestones within a Policy to automate accrual rate increases for their employees as needed.
For a step-by-step guide on how to set up Milestones, please reference one of the following articles: How To Add Milestones To A Brand A Leave Management Policy or How To Edit Milestones In An Existing Leave Management Policy
If you wish to purchase the Leave Management feature, please don't hesitate to contact your account representative directly to best assist you. If you do not have an account representative, please contact the Push Support Team at support@pushoperations.com to connect you with one!
