Notification For Payment Method Changes
Subscription: All Plans
As part of a new security update, whenever the payment method details are updated in an employee profile, the relevant employee will receive an email and in-app notification from the Push Employee app, and Administrators will receive an email notification.
This added layer of communication helps ensure that any unauthorized changes can be quickly detected and addressed, enhancing overall security.

Scheduler
Redesigned Weekly Scheduler
Subscription: All Plans
The newly redesigned weekly scheduler offers a more streamlined and intuitive interface, allowing users to view and manage shifts more efficiently. The improved layout allows users to see more details on their screen at once, reducing the need for constant scrolling and enhancing overall usability.
All processes remain fundamentally the same and very similar; the only minor differences are the following:
The plus icon for adding shifts has been repositioned from the center to the right side, providing a clearer view of the scheduling grid.
Instead of a hazard icon appearing with no clear explanation when a shift is assigned to an unavailable employee, there is now a clear indicator specifying that the hazard is due to an availability conflict.
Various dropdown menus are now available that allow users to filter certain details, such as positions and calendar events, with greater precision. These drop-downs make it easier to view and customize details according to individual preferences and needs, enhancing the overall scheduling experience.
The overall layout is now more aligned, making the interface visually clearer and easier to navigate. This improvement streamlines scheduling management, leading to time savings and enhanced accuracy!
The Daily Scheduler Includes Cost Information
Subscription: All Plans
Cost information is now directly accessible and viewable right in the Daily Schedule! Dive into this data to gain valuable insights into labour costs versus sales forecasts, supercharging your scheduling decisions.
With the ability to toggle between detailed cost information and a dynamic line graph that updates with shift changes, you can effortlessly optimize staffing levels and make sense of the numbers like never before. Please note that the specific information displayed may vary based on your account setup.

Employee Management
Reason For Deactivation Recorded
Subscription: All Plans
When an employee profile is moved to the Inactive or On Leave list, the admin must assign a reason code. With a new update, this information will now be visible under Employment Details, below Termination/Leave Date, when clicking the Person icon under Edit in the employee profile.
This will enable admins to have quick access to these details, allowing them to make informed decisions and better understand employee trends.
Deactivating Employee Also Deactivates Linked Administrator Profile
Subscription: All Plans
By linking a team member's employee profile to their Admin profile, you can now choose to deactivate both profiles simultaneously when the employee is deactivated. This ensures that access rights are promptly updated, enhancing security and preventing unauthorized access.
This can be managed in each administrator's profile under Employee Record. Team Admins who can deactivate employees but lack permission to deactivate admins will not see the toggle option when deactivating the employee.
Note that the Employee Record is linked to another feature that prevents Team Administrators from updating their own clock entries, even if they have access to their Position for Clock Approvals.
For more information on how to link the employee and administrator profiles, please reference this how-to guide: How To Link An Employee's Profile With Their Administrator Profile
If you do not see the Deactivate Administrator prompt, please don't hesitate to contact our Support Team at support@pushoperations.com to enable a feature.
