Daily Logbook Summary Alarm
Push Subscription: All Plans
The Daily Logbook Alarm has been enhanced and now includes the following information: Weather, Variance of Forecast to Sales ($), Month To Date Forecast ($), and Month To Date Sales Figures (%).
Note that if you do not see the Weather details in the alarm summary, please ensure you have a Weather Location set up in your account.

Payroll
Create Off Run Entries From Earnings & Deductions
Push Subscription: Payroll Add-On
Users now have a secondary option to add entries associated with an Off Run from the main Earning & Deductions page.
Users can continue the same workflow of selecting the coin stack for each employee or can navigate to Earnings & Deductions and be able to select the specific Off Run under Dates; (Off Run) will be listed next to a pay period.
If an Off Run is chosen, when the user selects an employee, the system will only show the team members part of the Off Run.
Once the entries have been completed, users can continue the same workflow to process the Off Run by selecting the play button under Actions.
This new workflow will allow users to save time, as they can add multiple entries for different employees on the same page if the same Preset is selected.
For a step-by-step guide on how to process an Off Run, please review the following article: How To Run An Off Run
BC Sick Pay
Push Subscription: Payroll Add-On (Exclusive to the Province, British Columbia)
We now offer the option for the Hours and Rate to be removed from showing on an employee's paystub for earnings associated with sick pay in British Columbia, Canada.
When an employee is paid for sick time, the paystub will only show the dollar amount.
This is to prevent confusion for both employees and employers, as sick pay is based on an average day's pay.
If you wish for the sick pay preset to be updated in your account(s), please don't hesitate to contact your account representative directly to update. If you do not have an account representative, please contact the Push Support Team at support@pushoperations.com to best assist you!
Scheduler
Schedule Summary
Push Subscription: All Plans
Before a schedule is published, users will now receive a summary with the following details to ensure that no changes are needed prior to employees receiving a notification: # of Compliance Issues (only available for accounts in New York), Labour Cost as % of Sales, # of Remaining House Shifts, Hourly Cost, Total Hours, and Total Labour Hours Per Day.
This summary will appear when the schedule for All Positions or select Positions is published.
For more information on how to publish a schedule, please reference the following article: How To Publish The Scheduler
Publishing Confirmation
Push Subscription: All Plans
With the new change to include a Schedule Summary, there will now be a pop-up message that will appear to users prior to publishing to confirm that these changes are to be completed.
This will ensure that users do not accidentally publish the schedule and notify their team prior to the schedule being completed.
Linked Employees

Leave Management
Annual Redemption Limit
Push Subscription: Premium or Leave Management Add-On
Leave Management has been enhanced and now provides a new Policy Rule option called Annual Redemption Limit that will allow users to set a limit to how much time off an employee can take at a given frequency.
This will allow employees to continue to accrue a certain amount of time off within a given frequency but prevent them from taking more than what is mandated.
If an employee or administrator attempts to submit a request for time off that is outside the amount set as the Annual Redemption Limit, they will receive a warning message, and the request will not be submitted.
This new setting is to assist users located in the USA whose states have regulations about annual redemption limits, but it will be available to all accounts utilizing Leave Management.
