How To Add/Update My Emergency Contact On The Push Employee App

Goal

Environment:

  • Push Employee App

Process:

Add Emergency Contact:

  1. Open the Push Employee App and enter your login credentials using your Email Address and Password associated with your Push account
  2. On the top left corner click the three stripes
  3. To the right of your Clock ID or Name, click the Right Facing Arrow icon
  4. On the right side, click Edit
  5. Scroll to Emergency Contacts
  6. Click Add Emergency Contact
  7. Under First Name, input the relevant information 
  8. Under Last Name, input the relevant information 
  9. Under Relationship, input the relevant information 
  10. Under Phone Number, input the relevant information 
  11. Under Alternate Phone Number, input the relevant information if applicable 
  12. Under Address, input the relevant information if applicable 
  13. Under City, input the relevant information if applicable 
  14. Under Country, select either Canada or USA if applicable 
  15. Under Province or State, select the appropriate Province or State if applicable 
  16. Under Postal Code, input the relevant information if applicable 
  17. Once done, on the top right corner click Save

Edit Emergency Contact:

  1. Open the Push Employee App and enter your login credentials using your Email Address and Password associated with your Push account
  2. On the top left corner click the three stripes
  3. To the right of your Clock ID or Name, click the Right Facing Arrow icon
  4. On the right side, click Edit
  5. Scroll to Emergency Contacts
  6. Under the relevant fields, input the updated information if applicable
  7. Once done, on the top right corner click Save

Delete Emergency Contact:

  1. Open the Push Employee App and enter your login credentials using your Email Address and Password associated with your Push account
  2. On the top left corner click the three stripes
  3. To the right of your Clock ID or Name, click the Right Facing Arrow icon
  4. On the right side, click Edit
  5. Scroll to Emergency Contacts
  6. Click the Stop icon that corresponds with the Emergency Contact
  7. Once done, on the top right corner click Save

Additional Information

Employees can update their own Emergency Contact on the Push Web app and the Push Employee app. 

The following fields are required in order to save an Emergency Contact: First Name, Last Name, Relationship, and Phone Number.

If you follow these steps and do not see Emergency Contact listed in your account, please reach out to your employer/direct manager directly.
