How To Generate The Scheduled Hours Report

Goal

  • Where do I Generate the Scheduled Hours Report

Environment:

  • Push Web App

Process:

  1. Click the Reports tab.
  2. Under Report type, click the drop-down menu and select Scheduled Hours Report.
  3. Under Department, click the box to select the appropriate Department(s) or leave blank to select all.
  4. Under Position, click the box to select the appropriate Position(s) or leave blank to select all.
  5. Under Start Date, click the box to input the specific date. 
  6. Under End Date, click the box to input the specific date.
  7. Once done, click Generate.

Additional Information

The Scheduled Hours Report is similar to the Clock Hours Report, but instead of displaying clock-in and clock-out times, it shows the scheduled shift times from a published schedule as a report.

It provides a scheduler-style breakdown that includes:
    •    Regular, overtime, and double-time hours.
    •    Shift tag information.
    •    Total break time.
    •    Comments left at the time of clock-in or clock-out.

📌 Note: The report will associate clock adjustments and manual clock entries to a scheduled shift, as long as the clock times fall within 45 minutes of a scheduled shift.

The Schedule Hours Report can be generated with filters for Departments, Positions, and time frame. However, you can re-sort the report after it is generated with the following options:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Employee Number
  • Position
  • Start
  • End
  • Preset
  • Tag

You may also choose to include Deleted Shifts or Only Active Employees.

For anyone who wishes to share this report with a team member, feel free to export or print this report! 

Please note that only Super Administrators or Team Administrators with certain permissions will have access to the report.
