How To View A Record Of Employment (ROE) As An Employee

Goal

Environment:

  • Push Web App

Process:

Login to Push on a desktop:

  1. Login to your Push Account on a desktop
  2. Click the My Summary tab 
  3. Under Employee Summary, scroll down to Banking and CRA 
  4. Under ROE Form, click ROE Form
  5. A new page will open with a PDF of the ROE to view/download

Login to Push on the Employee App:

  1. Open the Push Employee App and enter your login credentials using your Email Address and Password associated with your Push account
  2. On the top left corner, tap the three stripes
  3. In the drop-down menu, tap My Files
  4. Tap the file that is associated with the ROE
  5. In the pop-up, tap Download

Additional Information

Once your employer has successfully requested an ROE, it can take a maximum of 5 days to process. Once completed, the file will be able available in your Push account or can be accessed from your CRA portal. 

If you do not see your ROE in your Push account or require an adjustment of information, please contact your employer/direct manager to best assist you.

    I have been laid off for 5 days already and still no ROE.  How much longer do you expect the wait to be to receive my ROE?

    Profile wiped clean due to lay off, and no ROE. I expect a few days wait, and truly miss the days of printed forms.

    been laid off for almost ten days with no ROE, so much for 48-72 hours...
