⚡ Why Am I Receiving an Engagement Survey?
If this is your first time receiving a survey—don’t worry, it’s super simple! An Engagement Survey is a quick way for your company to ask how things are going at work. You might be asked about your team, your daily tasks, or how supported you feel in your role.
Your feedback helps highlight what’s working and where things could improve. Sharing thoughtful, constructive feedback helps your company better understand your experiences.
Surveys are fully customized by your employer, so the questions and topics may vary depending on what feedback they’re looking for. You might get a survey to:
- Check Workplace Satisfaction: How happy you are at work and if anything could improve.
- See How Changes Affect You: Your thoughts on new policies, leadership, or team updates.
- Get Feedback on New Programs: What do you think about schedule changes or new training programs.

What Happens Next | What You'll See or Need to Do |
Ready to Submit? |
Once you click Submit, the page will refresh, and a "Survey Complete" message will appear to confirm everything went through. The survey will then disappear from your list, making it easy to see which ones are still pending. 📌 | Note: After submitting, you won’t be able to change your responses or reopen the survey. Be sure to review your answers carefully before finalizing. |
Can’t Submit Yet? |
If you miss any required questions, the survey won’t go through. A red box will highlight the specific questions that need responses, prompting you to fill them in before submitting them again. Until then, the survey will remain marked as Incomplete in your account. ⚠️ | Warning: If you exit the survey before submitting, your responses won’t be saved. We recommend completing the survey in one go to avoid losing any of your answers. |
