Goal:
- How to download a copy of my pay stub to my phone
- How do I find my pay stubs on the employee app
Environment:
- Push Employee App
Process:
- Open the Push Employee App on your device.
- Log in using the email address and password associated with your account.
- Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.
- From the menu, select Pay Stubs.
- A list of available pay stubs will appear, organized by pay period.
💡 | Tip: The most recent pay period will always appear at the top of the list for easy access. - Tap the arrow icon next to the pay stub you would like to view.
- The selected pay stub will open, where you can review the full details.
- To return to the previous page, tap Back.
- To save a copy to your device, tap Download at the bottom of the screen.
📌 | Note: The Download option is only available to active employees. If your employee profile is inactive, you may not see this option. Please log in to the web app to download your pay stubs or contact your employer for assistance.
Additional Information
Beginning March 3, 2026, active employees can download copies of their pay stubs directly to their device from the mobile app using the Download option. This feature is only available to employees who are currently active in the system.
If your employee profile is inactive, you will need to access and download your pay stubs through the web app instead. If you do not have access to a desktop computer, please contact your employer to request a copy of your pay stubs.
If you do not see the Pay Stubs section in the mobile app after following the steps above, your employer may not have enabled this feature. In that case, pay stubs must be accessed through the web app.
For any additional questions or assistance related to your pay stubs, please reach out to your employer or direct manager for support.
