Goal
- How to download a copy of a file from my Push account
- How to add files to my employee profile
- How to upload files for my employer
- How to see files uploaded in my Push account
Environment:
- Push Web App
Process:
How to upload:
- Login to your Push Account on a desktop
- Click My Files at the top of the screen
- Click Choose File and locate the file you are looking to upload
- Update the Description with the name of the Document
- If File Categories are applicable, select the relevant category
- Once everything is filled in click Upload File
How to view/download:
- Login to your Push Account on a desktop
- Click My Files at the top of the screen
- Under View File, click the Eye icon to view the PDF file that corresponds with the specific File
- Under Download File, click the Paper icon to automatically download the PDF file that corresponds with the specific File
Additional Information
Employers must first add the File Categories before an employee will be able to assign File Categories when uploading files.
If you do not have access to a desktop or require assistance, please reach out to your employer/direct manager to best assist you.
