- Push Web App
- Click the Applicant Tracking tab
- On the left hand navigation bar, click Candidate Dashboard
- Under Actions click the Box and Arrow Icon that corresponds with the Candidate or click the Candidate's Name
- Under Email, click the current email address and input the updated email address in the box
- Once done, click Save
You will be able to update a Candidate Profile's email address up until you have invited the Candidate to complete their digital onboarding.
As soon as the Candidate has been invited as an Employee, the email address is locked and can only be updated in the Pending Employee Profile.
Please note that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permissions to view/update Applicant Tracking - Position-Based: Job Applications will be able to review the Candidate Dashboard.
