Goal
- How to add or remove certain information in the Scheduler
Environment:
- Push Web App
Process:
- Click the Scheduler tab
- On the left hand navigation bar, click Weekly Schedule
- Under Filters, click the Stacked Lines icon
- In the pop up page, check or uncheck the box that corresponds with either of the following:
- Availability, Worked, Time Off, Day Shifts, Night Shifts, Other Shifts, Events, Weather, Comments, Costs, Summarize Costs, Show Cost and Hour Breakdown, Shift Tags, Revenue Centers, Departments, or Sub Departments

Under Positions, click the drop down menu and select the specific Positions or leave blank for all

Under Employee Sorting A-Z: Update the order of Employees by Position in the Scheduler from A-Z

Under Employee Sorting Z-A: Update the order of Employees by Position in the Scheduler from Z-A

Under Employee Sorting Custom: Update the order of Employees by Position unique to your own list
- One done, click Close

Certain information under Filters requires features to be set up in Push. Please review the articles listed below to best assist you.
When Employee Sorting Custom is enabled, please click the left side of the box where the employees name is listed and drag and drop where you wish to order the employee.

Availability: Add or Remove the employees weekly availability information

Worked: Add or Remove the employees clock entry times (Approved, Unapproved, or Pending)

Time Off: Add or Remove the employees Time Off information or Pending Away

Day Shifts: Add or Remove the shade difference of Day and Night Shifts (Set under Scheduler Settings)

Night Shifts: Add or Remove the shade difference of Day and Night Shifts (Set under Scheduler Settings)

Other Shifts: Add or Remove the grey shift that appears for employee with multiple Positions

Events: Add or Remove Calendar Events

Weather: Add or Remove the Weather information (Set under Company Setup)

Comments: Add or Remove comments that were inputted under a Shift

Costs: Add or Remove the labour costs associated with Positions/Employees for each day

Summarize Costs: Add or Remove the Summarized Costs when Costs is enabled

Show Cost and Hour Breakdown: Add or Remove the Breakdown of Costs when Costs is enabled

Shift Tags: Filter the Schedule by Shift Tags or leave blank for all

Revenue Centers: Filter the Schedule by Revenue Centers or leave blank for all

Departments: Filter the Schedule by Departments or leave blank for all

Sub Departments: Filter the Schedule by Sub Departments or leave blank for all

Positions: Filter the Schedule by Positions or leave blank for all

Employee Sorting A-Z: Update the order of Employees by Position in the Scheduler from A-Z

Employee Sorting Z-A: Update the order of Employees by Position in the Scheduler from Z-A

Employee Sorting Custom: Update the order of Employees by Position unique to your own list
Please note that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permissions to View and/or Update the Scheduler by Position(s) will be able to filter the Scheduler.
