Additional Information
To copy schedules from week to week, you have two options: copying the current week to the next, or custom date ranges.
If you check off the box for Copy As House Shifts, this will copy all the Shifts under House Shifts and will not be associated with any employees.
Please note: if an employee picks up a shift outside of their regular schedule, that shift will also be copied over as a house shift.
Custom Date Range allows you to copy a specific Week's Schedule to any Week of your choosing based on the Start Date.
Current to Next Week allows you to copy the Week you are currently in under the Scheduler to the next week.
For example: if an employee works Monday to Friday during the current week, but you only want them to work Wednesday to Friday the following week, or whichever week after, then this is where you would use the Custom Date Range and filter for the specific employee.
We highly recommend copying schedules to an empty week to avoid any conflict. If there are conflicts, an error message will pop up asking if you rather Finish Copying or Copy As House Shifts. If you do not want to complete this process, please close your web browser.
Please note, that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permissions to View/Update the Scheduler will be able to make adjustments.
