Additional Information
Users can filter different types of labour and sales data in the scheduler by toggling on our Costs function. Depending on the boxes you have checked on or off under Costs, the Scheduler will populate different details to assist you with scheduling!
Under the Daily View, there is a line graph that will visualize labour and sales targets to ensure effective scheduling.
When in the Costs sidebar, you will also see a message indicating if an Overhead Cost percentage has been set up. If the percentage is more than 0, your labour cost amounts will be inflated and not accurate to your scheduling. If you wish to update this percentage, please navigate to Scheduler Settings: Overhead Cost.
Please note that only Super Administrators or Team Administrators with permission to View/Update The Scheduler by Position(s) will be able to access the Cost function.
