If you require information from an Inactive Company Push account, please Contact Push Support by email at email@example.com. Please title the email Temporary Access to Inactive Push Account and provide the Company name(s).
You may require access to a closed Push account to retrieve an employees paystub, payroll reports, T4s, and so forth. Please note, that only Active Super Administrators on the account can request access to an Inactive Push account.
Push Support will not release the specific Individuals listed as Super Administrators on the account, please reach out to team members in the Company to best assist if you are not sure.
If we cannot verify you on the account with your email address (i.e. you no longer have access to that email and require a password reset), we will require a signed and notarized Affidavit to be completed. If required, please include the email address associated with your Push account and we will provide an Affidavit.
If you are an employee that is trying to login to your Push account and the Company is Inactive with Push, you will not have access. Please contact your current/former employer to best assist you. Push Support will not release any information pertaining to an account by the request of an employee.
