How To Upload and Download Company Files

Goal

  • How to add files to my Push account as an Administrator 
  • How to add documents relating to my Push account

Environment:

  • Push Web App

Process:

How to upload:

  1. Click the Company name in the to right hand corner
  2. In the drop down menu, click Company Setup
  3. On the left hand navigation bar, click Company Files
  4. Under Upload File, Click Choose File and select the appropriate File 
  5. Under Description, input the name of the file if applicable 
  6. Under Share To Employees, click Select Some Options and select the specific employees if applicable 
  7. Once done, click Upload File

How to download:

  1. Click the Company name in the to right hand corner
  2. In the drop down menu, click Company Setup
  3. On the left hand navigation bar, click Company Files
  4. Under View File, click the Eye icon if you wish to review the file 
  5. Under Download File, click the Paper icon if you wish to download a PDF

Additional Information

When uploading files, you must select a PDF, JPG, JPEG, XLS, XLSX, CSV, TXT, PNG, DOC or DOCX file for upload.

For files that are uploaded by Push, you can only view/download the file and you will not be able to delete or modify the file.

Please note, that only Super Administrators have access to Company Files.
