How To Access The Public Road Map & Submit Feedback

Goal

• How to review what is upcoming in the road map 
• How to submit ideas for new features
• How to submit feedback about a feature

Environment:

• Push Web App

Process:

Review and add feedback to existing ideas:

1.  In the top right-hand corner, click the Company Name Dropdown
2. Under the drop-down menu, click Roadmap & Ideas
3. The page will refresh to Push Operations Public Roadmap 
4. Click Under Consideration to see what ideas our team is reviewing for potential development!
5. Click In Progress to see what is currently being developed by our team!
6. Click Launched to see what has been released and is available to use! 
   1. Click any of the ideas listed in Steps 4-6, and you can rate and comment to provide feedback! 
      1. Under How Important Is This To you, select either of the following: Not Important, Nice To Have, Important, or Critical 
      2. After selecting one of the options under Step 6(1), a Comment box will appear for you to input additional information or context as to why this feature is beneficial or not 
      3. Under Email Address, input your details to receive notifications when a feature you provided feedback on is launched!
      4. Once done, click Submit

Submit a brand new idea:

1. In the top right-hand corner, click the Company Name Dropdown
2. Under the drop-down menu, click Roadmap & Ideas
3. The page will refresh to Push Operations Public Roadmap 
4. On the right side, click Submit Idea
5. A pop-up will appear; click the Comment box and input the relevant details describing a feature you are looking for, an update to an existing feature that you would like to see, and how this would help 
6. Under How Important Is This To you, select either of the following: Not Important, Nice To Have, Important, or Critical 
7. Under Email Address, input your details to receive notifications when a feature you provided feedback on is launched!
8. Once done, click Submit

Please note that the Public Road Map is available to Super and Team Administrators.
