- Please title the email Resync Clocks for Custom Hours Structure.
- Please provide the Company Name and the Start Date (i.e. the start date of the upcoming payroll or the specific date for a clock entry).
If a Custom Hour Structure is assigned to an employees Position, the changes will begin the date of when you update the Employee Profile's Positions if the clocks are not resynced.
Once this has been assigned, please contact Push Support for the previous clocks in the current pay period to be updated.
Please note, that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permissions to view/update Employee Positions will be able to request a resyncing of the clocks.
