Additional Information
If specific employees do not follow the company-wide overtime rules set up under Hour Structures, a Custom Hour Structure can be created!
Example: Overtime is received for more than 10 hours worked per day or an averaging agreement that removes overtime entirely.
Once created, you can assign to specific employees (i.e. Averaging Agreement, no OT, OT over 10 hours, etc.), so they follow different overtime rules.
Once a Custom Hours Structure is added to the employee's position, you will need to contact Push Support to resync the previous clocks in the current pay period. If not, the Custom Hours Structure will begin the date when you update the Employee Profile's Positions.
Please note that only Super Administrators can make changes to Custom Hours Structure(s).
