How To Change The Payroll Schedule

Goal

• How to update the Payroll Schedule in my Company
• How to update my Payroll Cycle 
• How to update my Payroll Frequency

Environment:

Process:

1. Contact Push Payments by email payments@pushoperations.com
2. Please title the email Change Payroll Schedule
3. Please provide information on what the Payroll Frequency should be (Weekly, Bi-weekly, Semi-monthly, Monthly) and the dates for the First Payroll Cutoff and First Pay Date

Additional Information

Please note that only Super Administrators can request a change to the Payroll Schedule.

If the pay period cutoff dates or frequency type change, it is crucial to review and update the Hour Structure's Start Week.  

If these are changed, days may overlap between the old and new payroll schedules, which will impact the overtime calculation.
