Who adds the forms? Only Super Administrators will be able to upload Forms. If you need to copy the same Form across multiple Companies, please contact Push Support at email@example.com with the name of the Form and the Company names.
Can we set a minimum amount of forms the employee has to sign? No, this cannot be done at the time.
Can we add additional forms in the future? Yes, you can add as many as you need.
Can we make form fields mandatory? To make sure the employee can't skip fields on any of the forms? Yes, you can make form fields mandatory.
Can you create forms that are required? Yes, if you create a form where all the fields are required, the employee must fill out the entire form before continuing to their Push account.
If the fields are all not required the form will not be required.
Is there a maximum number of forms we can upload? There is no maximum number of forms. However, PDFs must be under 16MB.
Can I upload other file types? No, you can only PDFs.
Will employees be able to print the forms for their own files? Yes! All forms that employees fill out will be stored in their own personal files repository.
Can managers sign forms? Yes, you just need to set up the fields to be filled by a manager.
Can third parties sign forms? No, not at the time.
Can you create your own form fields? Yes, you can create text, signature or checkboxes. Or use a pre-filled value.
Can you have forms that are only issued by Super Admins? Yes, this is layered by permission. Team Administrators must have the permission to View and Update Forms.
Will I get notified when an employee has completed the onboarding process? Yes! The Administrator who sends the invite to the employee will get an email notification when the employee has completed the onboarding process. Here, they can review the employee's information and forms.
I am a Super Administrator for my Push account, but I don’t have access to the onboarding area of Push. How do I change that?
This is a paid feature, so if onboarding is not included in your package you might not see it. Please contact Push Support or our Account Management Team for more details.
