The Sales tab has been enhanced to allow users to filter data by Revenue Center(s), Department(s), and/or Position(s).
Leave Management
Adjustment Of A Policy Rule's Reset Frequency
Push Subscription: Premium or Leave Management Add-On
Once a Policy is saved with a reset frequency, you will no longer be able to adjust in the future. Users will be required to create a brand new Policy Rule if the reset frequency needs to be updated!
A banner message will appear in place of the options to adjust the reset frequency of a Policy Rule.
This change ensures that users understand when an employee was given a balance, why they accrued a specific amount, and when it reset.
Leave Management Desktop
Push Subscription: Premium or Leave Management Add-On
On the Push Web App, both employers and employees will be able to manage any of the balances assigned by selecting the Time Off tab under the employee's profile. They will continue to have the ability from the Mobile App to request their balance amounts.

Paid Balance Payout (Termination)

When an employee leaves the business, under the balance preset for a paid policy, users will see a new Hours dropdown. When an employee with a Leave Management balance is selected, users can pay out their full balance, including what will be accrued on the processed pay run, by selecting All from the Hours dropdown.

Exit Option During Digital Onboarding
Push Subscription: HR Add-On
Employees invited to complete digital onboarding will now have the option to move between different locations they are assigned to; for example, if they work at two companies and were recently employed at another, they can switch between both locations while they complete their onboarding.
