You may notice that when an employee clocks in at a certain time, the clock in/out time may display differently. For example, an employee might clock in at 1 pm EST, but the clock history shows 10 am EST instead.
The above result is due to an incorrect setup of the Time Zone associated with your account. To fix this, you will need to update the Time Zone under Company Setup.
Please note that only Super Administrators have access to adjust the Time Zone in an account.
