- Is there a way for the system to prevent Offer Letters from being sent without a Manager Signature?

Answer
Yes, under ATS Settings: Offer Letter there is a new feature that can be enabled to ensure that all templates and offers being sent to potential Candidates have a Manager Signature.
Administrators will receive an error message that a Manager Signature is missing before changes can be saved.
Additional Information
In order for Team Administrators to be listed as a Signing Manager, please ensure that they have the permission Can Sign Offer Letters.
