I Enabled Offer Letters To Be Required, Will My Existing Templates & Letters Automatically Add A Manager Signature?

  • Is there a way for the system to prevent Offer Letters from being sent without a Manager Signature?

Answer

No, any Offer Letter Templates or Offer Letters in draft status or sent before the Required Manager Signature checkbox was checked, will need to be redrafted to include the manager's signature.

Once this setting is enabled, Administrators will receive an error message that a Manager Signature is missing if they attempt to update a template/draft offer.

Additional Information

In order for Team Administrators to be listed as a Signing Manager, please ensure that they have the permission Can Sign Offer Letters.
