- How To Review if an Offer Letter has been sent to a Candidate
Environment:
- Push Web App
Process:
- Click the Applicant Tracking tab
- On the left hand navigation bar, click Candidate Dashboard
- Under Actions, click the Arrow and Box Icon that corresponds with the Candidate
- On the top right hand side, click Offers
- Click the specific Offer Letter(s)
- On the left hand side under Offer Status, Draft, Sent, and Signed will have a checkmark if completed
Additional Information
If the Offer Letter has not yet been sent to a Candidate, the Status will be in Draft.
If the Offer Letter has been sent to the Candidate but not signed, the Status will be in Sent.
If the Offer Letter has been sent to the Candidate and signed, the Status will be in Signed.
The email will be received in the Candidate's inbox from a special "Push Application" address - once they sign and save the information, the email will capture the thread of email messages in the ATS.
Please note that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permissions to view/update/create Offer Letter Templates will be able to access this information.
