Environment:
- Push Web App
Process:
Submit Custom Availability:
- Click on the My Schedule tab
- On the left hand navigation bar, click My Availability
- Scroll to the box Add Custom Availability
- Under Type, click the drop down menu and select Available
- Under Date, click the White Box and input the specific date
- Under Start Time, click the White Box an input the time you are available
- Under End Time, click the White Box and input the time you are available
- Once done, click Update Availability to submit the request
Submit Time Off
- Click on the My Schedule tab
- On the left hand navigation bar, click My Availability
- Scroll to the box Add Custom Availability
- Under Type, click the dropdownmenu and select Available
- Under Date Range, click the White Box(es) and input the start and end dates
- Under Reason, click the White Box and input a comment
- Once done, click Update Availability to submit the request
Additional Information
Custom Availability - Availability, can be used to request an adjustment for a specific day that is outside of your normal weekly availability.
Custom Availability - Time Off, can be used to request time off for a timeframe that is outside of your normal weekly availability.
For example: You are usually scheduled to work 9:00 am-5:00 pm on Fridays, but you have an exam from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm in two weeks. You still want to work that day, so instead of booking the day off, you will submit that you are only available from 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm.
Please note, that these submissions are requests waiting to be approved by your Manager.
If you require assistance with submitting your Time Off, please contact your employer/direct manager to best assist you.
If you do not see Custom Availability in web browser, please either login to the Push Employee app or contact your employer/direct manager.
