- Do Candidate's receive a copy of their signed Offer Letter?

Answer
When the Offer Letter is signed by a Candidate and they have clicked Sign Offer Letter a copy will be automatically emailed to them.
Additional Information
If the Candidate wishes to send themselves a new PDF of their signed Offer Letter, they can do by clicking the Review & Sign offer in the email and click Resend PDF.
If the Candidate advises they have not received an email, please ask them to check their Promotions/Spam folder, as the email will come from a Push Email address.
We recommend putting a Subject referencing the Company name and Offer Letter to best assist the Candidate with reviewing.
